Read several lines out loud to Di because I enjoyed them so much. In regards to the sweetness, I’m always surprised how much freezing something diminishes the sweetness of the sugar. Di and I make mung bean popsicles in the summer, and every single year, it seems like enough sugar in the premix, but is barely sweet in the popsicle.
